Receive weather warnings on your handheld device with the new SWIFT Mobile software from SWIFT Weather. The software works on Windows mobile devices including Motorola Q, Palm Treo, Samsung BlackJack, and T-Mobile Dash, SDA and MDA. It has the ability to warn consumers of blizzards, hurricanes, hail, wind and tornadoes. A ring-tone alerts the consumer about the weather and estimates time of arrival.
The new software features more than 1,100 weather maps, weather radar down to the street level, GPOS tracking, perimeter reports and up-to-the-minute data feeds form weather service offices. It retails for $10.95/month for the standard edition and $13.95/month for the premium edition. For more information, visit http://www.swiftmobile.net/.
